Q&A: Meet the District 4 candidates - The Mesquite Online News - Texas A&M University-San Antonio

The Bexar County general election will be May 1. Voters will cast their vote for mayor, City Council members and school board members, as well as voting on propositions such as A and B in the city of San Antonio.

With Election Day approaching, reporters from The Mesquite contacted candidates from the District 4 city council race.

District 4 encompasses parts of the Southside of San Antonio from west of Texas A&M University-San Antonio to the Far West Side ending at 1604 and Potranco Road.

Candidates were asked how they would work with school districts to increase opportunities for public school students to attend college.
