SA Humane Society: Pet of the week

Sammy Davis is a 5 year old Australian Cattle dog mix who was transferred from Animal Care Services. Currently, Sammy Davis is heartworm positive, but is undergoing treatment while here at the shelter and will be heartworm free after a few more treatments. When first introduced to Sammy Davis he is shy. The shyness doesn’t last long, the moment Sammy Davis becomes comfortable with his surroundings he becomes more energetic and loving. With the small burst of energy that he gets, Sammy Davis continues to stay calm while on the leash. If walking is something you enjoy, Sammy Davis would make a great walking companion for you. Come and visit Sammy Davis at the San Antonio Humane Society today! While Sammy Davis has already been neutered, please remember to spay/neuter your pets to help ensure every dog and cat born has a home waiting for them.
