With increased enrollment comes a greater demand for food production. Responding to an increase of more than 1,000 additional students this academic year, Chartwells and Business Services at Texas A&M-San Antonio are collaborating to increase food variety and availability for the campus’ growing population. In this project, our reporters talk with the university’s chief financial officer to learn how decisions are made concerning food on campus.
