Texas Governor Rick Perry and other conservatives in the southern states are weighing whether to decriminalize marijuana.

The State Water Plan encompasses over 4,500 projects with a range of strategies including reuse, conservation, new reservoirs, the development of new groundwater supplies, desalination, and other projects.

“Proposition 6: A Public Conversation,” is scheduled for 6:30 p.m.-8 p.m. Wednesday at the Texas A&M-San Antonio Education and Cultural Arts Center, 101 S. Santa Rosa St.
