Carissa Vega is a communications junior with a minor in sociology at Texas A&M University-San Antonio. Vega received her associate degree from Palo Alto College as a high school senior in 2019. She is a part-time teacher assistant at a private school called Stellar Leadership Academy. In her spare time, she loves painting, listening to music, concerts, reading and watching television shows. In the future, she hopes to use the knowledge she gains from her classes and apply them to her career in public relations.
