Melanie F. Treviño is a senior Communication major at Texas A&M University-San Antonio. In addition to her full-time academic course load, she is a recruiter for an experiential marketing company and works full-time as a project manager for a commercial real estate broker. She researches, organizes and implements strategies to enhance the organization's client base. Melanie is an active member of the campus’ Mexican American Student Association chapter and member of the Public Relations Society of America. She recently joined The Association for Women in Communications’ local chapter. She enjoys discussing current events, marketing, and social issues with her classmates. She advocates for equitable opportunities for others abroad and sponsors a child through the Compassion International charity. Trevino plans on pursuing a career in business development and public relations when she graduates.
